Stacy has over 30 years of federal service as an Army Veteran and Department of Veterans Affairs executive. Stacy’s last federal position was as the CEO of the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center where she oversaw all aspects of delivering a $650 million budget of healthcare expenditures to over 80,000 Veterans in Alabama. Other leadership roles within the Department of Veterans Affairs include Director of the Beckley VA Healthcare System, Director of Veteran Performance Improvement MyVA, Special Assistant to the Secretary, Deputy Director of Homeless Veteran Initiatives, Deputy Director for Congressional and Legislative Affairs, and Presidential Management Fellow. She served in the Army for over 10 years prior to healthcare in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.

Greg is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in engineering, management, leadership, procurement, and program management, with 16 years as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He has experience in establishing effective relationships with stakeholders across a broad spectrum, including OMB, Cabinet Agencies, Congress, and the private sector. Greg is a senior manager with extensive experience in implementing change management/business management and control systems in a collaborative manner – able to connect the dots between aspiration, inspiration, and results.
